Join us for an intimate evening of exceptional food and wine, hosted by two Michelin star chef James Knappett alongside Joshua Hunter.
James has led Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia for over twelve years, earning two Michelin stars. With a strong ethos rooted in foraged and wild ingredients, his food feels right at home with our outdoor heritage.
Guests can choose from two ticket options.
The first is a shooting and dining experience. Arrive at 16.30 and head down to our rifle cinema for a guided shooting session, before returning to the lounge at 18.30 for canapés. The evening then continues with a carefully crafted tasting menu from James and Joshua.
The second option is dining only. Guests arrive at 18.30 to join us for canapés in the lounge, followed by the same tasting menu experience.

Immerse yourself in a truly authentic sporting experience at Holland & Holland, designed for those who appreciate deer stalking not just as a pursuit, but as a craft.
This exclusive day invites guests behind the scenes to learn the professional art of deer skinning under the guidance of our Executive Chef, Joshua Hunter. Drawing on his deep respect for field-to-fork cooking and British game, Josh will demonstrate best practice techniques, sharing insights that honour both the animal and the process, from preparation to presentation.
Guests will then take to our indoor rifle shooting cinema, the only live-ammunition shooting cinema open to the public in the UK. Here, you’ll refine your marksmanship in a controlled, immersive environment designed to mirror real stalking scenarios.
The day concludes with a relaxed yet refined lunch in the lodge, where venison takes centre stage on a thoughtfully crafted menu. Expect seasonal British ingredients, expertly prepared, and served in the surroundings of one of the world’s most prestigious shooting grounds.
